Lewis Companies has been operating in the Baton Rouge community since 1990.  We have been involved in development, sales, and leasing.  Lewis Companies reputation is built on recognizing the needs of our clients first.

Because we are investors ourselves, investors value our expertise in leasing, budgeting, and maintaining their properties.  We have certified air conditioning and heat personnel on staff as well as carpenters, painters, and general maintenance personnel.

Lewis Companies has been handling association management since the company began.  We are easy to depend on to handle the logistics of association management.  We administer the duties of the operation of the property.  We work at the direction of the board to handle vendor supervision, accounts receivable and collection, accounts payable, and enforcement of rules and regulations and ensure the association is adhering to the governing documents.  This allows the association board of directors the ability to focus their efforts on establishing policy for the association.
